The Kusuri bio-reactor in combination with Bacta-Pur products, can turn around some of the losses and health problems that can occur from stress created by transportation, and the variations of pollutant factors in pond systems. The Bioreactor can effectively prepare bacteria for filter systems and start reducing pollutants instantly, reducing stress levels in fish.

Filter media can be pre-activated with live nitrifying bacteria, or you can make up live nitrifying bacteria for addition to plastic bags for transporting purchased fish.

Ponds with high pollutant problems can be re-balanced quickly, without massive water changing.

Pre-activating sludge reducing bacteria, can keep ponds filter systems free of organic debris. Reducing organic matter in water will reduce unstable pH problems, stifle weed growth, and degrade organic waste from filters and all pipe work, keeping the pond hygienically clean.

Each litre of the two base solutions will make 11 litres of live active bacteria each, and of course solutions can be made up on a part basis as required.

Kusuri Dechlorinator works almost instantly, removing Chlorine, Chloramines and heavy metals from mains public water sources.

Dosage is 10 ml per 100 gallons of new water and can be used at any temperature.

Eco Boost sachets will treat ponds of 5000 gallons. This bacterial sachet is a stronger version of Eco Pure. This product only works above 12°C, and is suitable for summer use and heated ponds.

Use once a month, to rapidly reduce blanket weed. Eco Boost can be used at the same time as Eco Pure, or alone. Dissolve sachet into a bucket of pond water then add to pond. Switch UV off for 5 days.

Inhibits blanket weed, flocculates particle matter, increases water clarity, degrades sludge.

Since we launched this product five years ago the response has been overwhelming! Firstly, a thank you for all those letters from pond keepers with blanket weed problems now well in recession. Eco Pure is a biological product that has beneficial strains of denitrifying bacteria bio-fixed to a dense powder catalyst.

Eco Pure added weekly will reduce blanket weed by reducing its' food source. Bacteria coat the blanket weed, starving it of food - this will initially break up long strands. Every pond is different! In some ponds Eco Pure can work in 2 weeks, most ponds can take 4 - 8 weeks. Use Eco Pure early in the season - do not wait for it to grow, in other words use it in a regular preventive approach.

Filter Starter/Booster is a powerful easy to make "home culture" kit. Simply mix the powder and the solution together and 2 to 7 days later you have made a highly active live nitrifying liquid solution. Simply pour the solution over the filter media.

Kusuri Defoamer is formulated to remove unsightly foam accumulations in ponds
This product is made from food grade materials and 100% fish safe. Can be used as often as necessary and works very quickly.

Foam accumulation is common on new ponds and early in the season. Continual foam on surface water could be a result of poor bacterial activity or under filtration and should be investigated.
