 A beautiful range of hand made Vietnamese Lacquer inlaid with Mother of Pearl Pictures depicting various scenes and images.
These are produced in a small family run workshop in the Ho Chi Ming City (Saigon) area of Vietnam.
The Mother of Pearl is hand sawn with an especially fine hacksaw.
The backboard is lacquered eighteen times and allowed to dry each time before the Mother of Pearl is inlaid
Finally the Lacquer picture is finely engraved
Many are sold as a set of three or four pieces
Dragons are available singly as well as certain others
Large Pictures are individual.
